- Refunds will not be issued any earlier than the scheduled refund dates (listed below) for each term.
- All credit balance disbursements are subject to account review and federal eligibility requirements.
- All credit balance refunds are processed to your SNHU OneCard. SNHU does not issue refund checks.
- Refunds will be available on your SNHU OneCard no sooner than 5pm on the day of the scheduled refund
- We encourage students to check their account statements through my.snhu.edu for specific refund dates and amounts, prior to contacting the One Stop. Due to the volume of call we receive during refund weeks, this is often the quickest way to answer the most frequently asked questions.
